Tires Plus - Tire warranty sucks
purchased a older running vehicle with plans to rebuild, I took it to a couple shops to began pricing the rebuild. I found tires plus's price to rebuild the front end ONLY to be higher than the other quotes of reputable shops.
I opted out of allowing tires plus to do the work and went else where to have my complete rebuild done. Keep in mind REBUILD.... new motor with NO miles, rebuilt transmission, suspension, brakes, rotors, shocks, EVERYTHING but the gas tank, exhaust.... I choose to purchase 4 tires and alignment sense I have ,y other three vehicles serviced with TP.
I only drive this vehicle four days a week, apx 30 miles from Dec 2017 to Sept 2017 nine months!!!!!!!!! I took one of the tires to tires plus with concern of why the tires had worn the way they had, the gentlemen was quick to tell me I hadn't purchased the tires with TP and that I had only gotten a inspection and that kind of ware happens with bad alignments.... then tried to convince me that I put new tires on a vehicle that needed work. I purchased tires once rebuild was complete..
He later acknowledge that, yes I had purchased the tires with TP but (different location. I was aware of that) but records reflect I had not had a alignment.. I was under the impression when making purchase that I was getting a alignment and tires with warranty, when complete that was still my understanding and that all was done, THIS WAS NOT THE CASE.... after 13 months I have 2 $100plus bald tires with less than 5thousand miles on them...
and NO ONE CAN SEEM TO HELP OR EVEN OFFER AN APOLOGY but I can purchase 2 more tires for 280 dollars don't forget tax.... THE NERVE..!!!! YOU WASTED MY MONEY AND MY TIME, I let you slide the one time you left my oil cap off......
NEVER WILL ANY LOCATION EVER GET ANYMORE of my HARD EARNED MONEY! I hope this review helps someone else
