On September 12, 2019 my daughter went to Tires Plus on Cascades Rd in Atlanta, GA to have her tires replaced. She bought 4 brand new tires supposedly.

On September 14, my daughter returned to the same Tires Plus location to advise them that her tire sensor light had come on and that there was something wrong. The nice (that's sarcasm) folks at the store told her that her sensor had gone bad and shoo'd her out of their store.

Fast forward to Friday, September 27, my daughter and 3 other young ladies are in her car teaveling from Atlanta to Brunswick, GA. She calls to alert me that her tire is shaking while she is driving. I advise her to take it to the local Tires Plus to see if they can work on it.

She didnt due to having a very busy weekend. She promised to go to the one that did the tire replacements.

During the return trip, my daughter ended up with a flat tire, on the side of the road, in a little city in the middle of Georgia. Now after hundreds of dollars wasted in towing, traveling back and forth and tire repair again, my daughter is advised today on October 1st that they (Tires Plus)didn't mess up her sensor. When apparently they did.

i am so outraged at the poor service my daughter received, especially after i received equally poor service at the Tires Plus located in Brunswick, GA.

Where i purchased brakes and rotors in April, spending almost $800 and my car has not been right since and I have taken it back to the service center 4 times.


The photos contained are pictures of the piece in the tire sensor that is damaged. i would have uploaded more, but the upload system is moving too slowly.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Monetary Loss: $500.

We can only imagine how frustrating both of these experiences that your daughter had after having her tires replaced and the service you had to have your brakes replaced. We want to ensure both of these are addressed.
