Long story short after 6 months the problem was not resolved. The area manager just kept talking down to us and just made things so difficult that we just resigned to the fact ill be driving on leaking tires until one either blows or theyll wear out prematurely.

That idiot if he had looked at the tires instead of saying i had to have someone else check them and expect them to work with himwhich no tire business wanted to do because they get tires from the same company who owns tires plus, and they didnt want to have trouble with them. That manager knew that and suggested i go to a place that isnt honest but do sell large volumes of their tires. No chance of any satisfaction. And the one bolt i had to pay for after they snapped it, was the one with the lockin lug nut.

Instead of checking why it wouldnt come off he just cranked up the impact wrench and hit it again annd it snapped. The way i know that is because that wheel no longer has one locking nut, they replaced it with a plain one.

Never go to that place in oshkosh! Crooked people stright down their chain of command.
