Tires Plus on Tara Boulevard in Jonesboro failed me. The district manager, store manager, and service manager were unprofessional and rude.

They failed to resolve my issues, showed no customer care, and disrespected me. I had 143,000 miles after my oil change, documented in their system. But 71 miles later, a Chassis Restriction light appeared. Never had issues before.

Extremely disappointed and frustrated, I wouldn't recommend Tires Plus to anyone. The lack of professionalism and respect was staggering. Now, I'm taking my concerns to the regional manager for additional help, seeking a better resolution and professional response. I expect a higher level of service, especially when it comes to my vehicle's safety and reliability.

This experience has left a bad taste, and I'm worried about the safety and reliability of my vehicle. The service was unacceptable, and I hope the regional manager will take my concerns seriously. I'll be sharing my experience with friends and family, warning them about the subpar service at Tires Plus.

I deserve better, and so do their customers. I'm extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism and customer care displayed by Tires Plus.

I wrote a whole statement of what happened poor customer service especially if he was a manager..customers come first it shouldn't be no excuse to how to treat people that are loyal customers and that pays there money to end up hung up on 2x talk to like crap

Tiresplus is a joke! I took my car for brake service and had to return 4 times without having all the issues solved.

After writing a review on Google, customer service reached out and it follows the pattern of extremely poor service.

My case was supposedly escalated and the regional manager was going to contact me in 2 days guess what? That never happened.
Stay away from this business!

Reg. A flat tire I had

Spoke with store manager. Very nice and professional.

He explained everything well. Apparently a nail may have hit the tire and flew out. That was the reason why of the flat and I had a tire ring and dust inside the tire.

I will continue to be a customer at tires plus. Russ the store manager was going to have a talk with his tech Chris to have better customer service with customers.

They replaced a rear driver side rotor and didn't re install the Mounting bracket bolts. Key words "mounting bracket". So the caliper fell off locking the wheel up, cutting the rim in half and causing my wife to run off the road and hit a guardrail.
