Made appointment weeks in advance for winter tire on, summer tires off. An hour before scheduled appointment, was called to see if i could reschedule.

Indicated no, yet he advised I could come n they would try to squeeze me in. Went and waited 3 hours n no work was done!!! He indicated no future available appointments, yet I could come back Sunday, drop car off and they could complete in 6 hours. I did not return.

Very disappointed in being treated so poorly. I have been what I thought was a valuable customer for 4+ years.

Had purchased the lifetime balance n rotation package. Which is now a waste.
