I took y pickup to TiresPlus at 2103 Beoadway, Council Bluffs, IA they let me know that the bearing on the right front was bad. He quoted me a repair cost of $690.13. I almost fainted. I told him no. Afterwards I priced the bearing hub unit at NAPA for $166.00. TirePlus quoted a cost for the part at $457.99, that is a 275% mark up.

Horrible Customer Service Experience

I called the day before to schedule my oil change, rotation, and tire repair. Had a coupon for $34.99. I went to location for my appt. Told MOD that I was there for the oil change, rotation, and tire repair and tried to show him my coupon. He immediately starts to tell me that I couldn't use the lowest price that was on the coupon without giving me a chance to finish what I was going to tell him. I then said I wasn't going to get the basic oil change that I knew I needed the synthetic blend to which I had the coupon for and wanted to use. He told me he would call when it was ready. I go back after I was called, and asked what was done since he did not offer to tell me, he just told me what my total price was first. He then said they did the oil change and tire repair. When I asked if they did the rotation, he said it wasn't on my paperwork and I didn't ask for it (which were BOTH wrong). I asked the day prior over the phone while booking the appt and when I arrived for the service. He then said since I never told them to do it, it wasn't done and I would have to then wait an additional hour or more. I was upset that it wasn't done and told him I didn't have time and was disappointed in the poor customer service and he just said have a nice day. I ended up paying $72.55 (which was almost $15 over the price I was told and did not include my rotation.) For these reasons, I would like a full refund. I will NEVER go back to that location due to the Manager treating me as if I was a piece of trash. Apparently, he does not treat women with respect and therefore, you have lost a customer for life.

Total rip off

I took my vehicle in. They found I needed a wheel bearing replaced on the front. They expected me to pay $690.13, of which they were asking $457.99 for the hub bearing system. The cost for this part at NAPA is only $186.03 with military discount. That is a 245% mark-up on their price. This is price gouging and they know it. I recommend everyone check prices before doing business with TiresPlus.

Awful experience

I had a really bad experience at tire plus where they took advantage of a woman and used my daughter as a pawn by making me feeling bad that I going to put her in danger. I came in for a leak when my car was hot. They said I need a new brakes, dip stick, a belt for my alternator. I told them all I want is to fix my oil leak. But they said they couldnt, all my parts in my car were out and for them to put all my old parts back I still have to pay a service fee for 125.00. So they refuse to do what I ask for. They made me pay 956.00 when Im not working right now and struggling as a single mother. I felt like I was push against wall Took a advantage of. When I was about to finally paid I couldn’t even put my debit card in the credit card machine I told the guy to please lower the price he said just do it and get over it so we could all go home we are all waiting on you. He was just really rude and didn’t care about at all.

Misinformation

I bought tires a week ago.. one room was damaged.. they said they ordered it and would be in Thursday.. didnt come.. was told Friday.. didnt come.. was then told weekend.. nothing came.. we are now 1 week and 3 days out and they have the tires I paid for and I still have no wheel. I need contracted IMMEDIATELY. Staff is rude.. customer service is NOT a priority at the parties view location

Liability of an oil change ?!

At the cherry Hill branch in new jersey located route 70. So, THE LEAD MECHANIC IS NOT COMFORTABLE DOING AN OIL CHANGE ON MY CAR. HE FEELS AS THOUGH IT IS A LIABILITY. HAHAHAHAHAH. I DEAL WITH REAL CONTRACTS AND CHANGES. GET THAT FAT *** OUT OF THERE. HE LOOK CRACKED OUT OF HIS MIND luckily my man up front was considerably appreciative of the issue. They have scratched my car and put the wrong oil in before in the same day. This is just one of long list of complaints that essentialy need fixin.

Horrible experience!

I had one left front caliper locking up 600 miles from where I live. Both rotors and pads had been changed before I left for my trip. They charged me $21.99 just to look at it. When I looked into the service bay they also had my rear wheels off for no reason and told me I also need new brake pads which was BS because they where 1/4 thick. They refused to just replace the left hand side caliper, rotor and pad even though the right side looked brand new, so a simple repair ended up costing me over $1000.00! I get home and the caliper is still sticking and the grease is melting out of the wheel hub. The closest Tires Plus to me is 3 hours away so I'm now stuck having to pay someone else to fix it. When I got home I called my local Ford dealer and ask what it would cost to have them to do the same job with OEM parts and I was quoted $500.00.

I dropped off a tire for repair on 6/27/20 at 200 PM on 6/28/20 at 300 PM I still haven't heard from my service advisor I bought the tires from this location I had road hazard coverage I ended up picking up the tire without it being repaired this was very disappointing I've bought several sets of tires from this location I'll probably go to different company from now on I have 3 vehicles and getting ready to put tires on 2 of them but It won't be from tires plus

I brought it into one thing but they repaired something else, still had the same problem when I left and they pulled my body kit off my car which cost me $600 to get repaired and denied the claim! So now I'm 1300 in debt!

Service issues

I brought vehicle in to have two tires put on and two tires moved from back to front. At this point I owned the vehicle for four months and had no issues with steering or front end in general. After my tire appointment I left in vehicle but before I even got out of the parking lot I noticed a wobble and noises in the front end. I drove one block to get back to the proper side of tires plus parking lot and brought my vehicle back in. I told the desk attendant of the issue and they took it in to look at it. After some time I was told that I had a broken belt in a tire which they said could be seen VISUALLY, and explained to me the loose parts of the front (steering and bearings) . Why these were not shown to me before I left or why they had not been noticed by the "knowledgeable" staff when the vehicle was being pulled out and parked the first time is curious and shady seeming to me. I strongly feel my vehicle was tampered with as a plow to get more money. I had heard staff say "broken tire belt" to two other customers before me recommending new tires. I want my front end put back right!
