Poor customer service sexist
The employee assumed I knew nothing about cars or tires and tried to rip me off for the sheer fact that I am a woman. My dad is a mechanic so I grew up knowing more than your average woman.
I went in to tires plus seeking a alignment and wheel balance after a few days prior going to Walmart and having my oil changed and tires rotated. Walmart clearly didn't balance my tires. The rude sexist man at tires plus said I needed new tires and that they wouldn't preform the services I requested unless I bought new tires. He continued to talk over me.
He picked at my tires *** siad tire up. He wouldn't listen to me when I tried to explain that my tires were less than three years old and I haven't driven much the last 1.5 years due to covid. So my tires have lots of life left in them. I've never been treated so poorly in my life!
He shobe fired for trying to rip off women and is poor customer service.
Ill NEVER use tires plus and im going to let everyone I know not to use them (unless you are a man). Sincerly pissed off

Went down the road to a mom and pop business and had my tires mounted for less money while I sat next to the car in 8 minutes flat with no attitudes. Again....stay away from this business.
Upon my arrival on time I might add I was told they were short of staff and I would have to wait at least an hour and a half. I asked why they told me up front to make the appointment and the guy just shrugged. After 3 hour wait I STILL had no service or even an explanation. Instead the snickering manager snickered, blamed me for not dropping the car off, and he told me I should take the car elsewhere.
I called back later and was hung up on. They lie out their *** at this location.

I bought lifetime Alignment on 4 vehicles but some years thereafter TIRE PLUS AND ITS DISHONESST MANAGEMENT DECIDED NO TO NO LONGE HONOR SAME and change this to lifetime balancing on a new tire bought
I bought lifetime Alignment, tire rotation and balancing on 4 vehicles but some years thereafter TIRE PLUS AND ITS DISHONEST MANAGEMENT DECIDED TO NO LONGER HONOR SAME and change this to lifetime balancing on new tires bought meaning this ends with the tires life. I would also advise that customers dont leave their vehicles but rather stay and watch that the alignment is actually being done.
They also unethically change the wording to lifetime alignment RECHECK to ensure defensibility in a court of law and other such misrepresentation to befuddle us consumers of average intellect.
To dismiss complaining customers like me who stay and did not see the alignment being done when questioned why, was told it could not be done due to the vehicles condition which is not stated in ones electronic invoice. Therefore if one do not verify that the contract required specific performance requested alignment is not being done how would one know as the electronic receipt would simply misleadingly state Alignment Recheck.
One day this will all come to light as someone will get their favorite TV channel involve who would gladly use hidden cameras to expose this or a competitor may decide to reduce or simply eliminate the competition

Constant lack of time management
In fact, they said they couldnt get her in Tuesday the 7th either. I called Steve, and he told me they were short staffed. The point is, why not do away with these never honored appointment times, and just do arena scheduling?
I wrote a google review- one star- the last time they kept me waiting 2 hours for an oil change.

I could of been killed due to going there
So I ordered new tires to be put on my car, I usually never go to this location but due to covid I had to and every time I go they somehow find something wrong with my car which i work on MYSELF with a professional mechanic on my side. First thing is they said I needed new ball joints.
That was false I checked it out myself and what I found made me pissed. They didnt ever align my car as I asked because the ball joints but it ended up being they *** up the studs on my wheels and cracked my lugnuts. My tires also were obviously not torqued due to their failure of me telling them about my unique lugs. And my tires never were at the right pressure.
I had tried to youre them all it did was loosen. Ive spent over 200 dollars repairing my car because of them. Also to say my sway bar link was messed up to snd I recently replaced nearly all my suspension components. So I knew the part wasnt like that before.
I would never recommend them to anyone. Im lucky the boys at my shop fixed my car I could of been killed wirh my cars condition they left it in.

Tires Plus Lincoln Dr, Roseville Mn brought my car in for new tires, the job was done sloppy there was bead sealer and scratches/dings all over my factory blacked out rims. I brought it up to the manager who told me that someone from claims would call me in a couple days however he is not going to deal with it, I asked for a corporate number which he told me "it's on the door" which is very rude, I went and looked at the door there was no phone number I took a small video as proof went back inside and told him there was no number which he then tried to give me a road side assistance phone number.
He still would not provide a phone number which I was able to get online. What a nightmare trying to deal with this company I really hope the area manager actually calls me like the customer service person said.

Poor customer service
Made an appointment to have my tires rotated. Brought my car in to maple Grove tires plus.
Tech checking me in said I owed 23.00 for tire rotation. I said no I have lifetime free rotation. Tech says I dont see anything in computer. Again, I said I have lifetime tire service.
Finally he found my records. Tech says, well get to it when we can. A few minutes later my husband walked up to the desk to add a note to the tech. The service lady did everything but ask if she could help him.
2 more customers walked in she immediately asked can I help you to them. When the 3rd customer walked in she immediately asked if she could help , thats when I called out mam, mam, this man in the grey sweater has been waiting for you to help him, he is next for service. After that she went in the back to hide. I got my tires rotated and thats all.
No communication on tire wear, no air pressure check, nothing. Need I say more about *** customer service. Dont come to this location it has less than poor interaction with customers.
I bought my tires at this location in 2018.
The customer service stellar. Sad on this place has gone down the tubes
